Yes, pets are welcome at The Atworth. A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home, with a combined weight not to exceed 65 lbs. Veterinary records are required at move-in to verify weight, vaccinations, and breed. Balconies are not considered fenced areas, and litter boxes are not permitted on balconies.

Aggressive breeds are not accepted, including but not limited to: Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, and any wolf-hybrid. All pets must be pre-approved by Management. Management reserves the right to restrict additional breeds at its discretion.

We typically offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.
Yes, all residents and leaseholders are required to carry renter’s insurance.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident online portal.

Yes, we offer assigned parking options. Indoor covered parking and uncovered assign rooftop parking is available.
